We noticed a patch of the ceiling in the garage after doing the Spring-cleaning and having the roof pressure washed. We figured it was just due to the high-pressure washer but when our neighbor was out in their yard looking at their roof, I inquired to what they were looking at and they said they had a leak. So I asked them to send the roofer that was coming over the next morning so he could take a look at my garage roof.
Sure enough, the roofer, Jack, said there was a leak.
