When we took our trip to visit Naples over Spring Break, we stopped to take a photo of some alligators sunning of Interstate 75, also known as Alligator Alley. I have driven on Interstate 75 a few times before but never have I seen so many alligators. No wonder they call it Alligator Alley. For Spring Break Grandma took a trip to Naples to see her sister and brother-in-law. So we planned a trip to Naples during the same week so we could see Grandma. We had the privalidge to visit the Edison and Ford Winter Estates on the way back home from Disney over New Years with Nina. The Edison and Ford Winter Estates are tucked away in Fort Meyers overlooking the Caloosahatchee. Here is a photo of our 4 year old having a Mickey Mouse ice cream at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Not sure if he is getting more on his face or in his mouth. But I am certain he enjoyed it! Watching the Space Shuttle Atlantis STS-125 yesterday from our front door. The launch of the Space Shuttle Discovery STS-119 was a bit more impressive since it was at sunset and we were just 10 miles away! |
